在西方職場很多大陸留學生一聽到老外談論媒體上對於大陸的負麵報道，馬上很緊張馬上反駁 給人印象好像很sensitive

你這樣反應，人家自然會想，既然中國啥都好，幹嘛到美國了賴著不走呢，自己明明要better life,何必那麽要麵子不承認了。我們對這些問題 （很多老外也沒有惡意，隻是熟悉了問一下關心一下），回答必須客觀，中國的很多問題客觀存在，但不代表你要代表中國來背鍋，不必自己馬上緊張覺得人家來惡心你， 應該自信的承認和談論這些問題，解釋背景和解決方法。
