如果問的是 -- Have you ever been terminated for cause?

我會答 -- Yes. 然後加上 -- The termination was not proper but I decided not to pursue a wrongful termination at that time.

當然，如果沒有這麽直戳式的問，保持 No ask no tell。更當然，新公司也就從話音兒裏聽出你不是善茬子。LOL。
