我會confront him： Hey man, why did you do this? I am in charge here, and leading the design efforts. I don't like what you did, and this is not good team work.  We’ve discussed many rounds and nailed down the plan....if you don't like it and have some other ideas, I am open to hear them, you just need to talk to me, and we discuss, but you don't go behind without telling us and others.  We really need to work as a team.  Yes, we are here to deliver, we are not here to make friends, I am with you, but you have to respect your colleagues, and their efforts.
