怎麽樣回答技術scale

今天電話interview by an agent,有兩個問題，自我感覺不太好回答。

1） 你有沒有write entity framework in the code from scratch? 我回答60%, 問題是就整個大project， 我在別人的基礎上改code。但在個別小的project，我又是個別負責的。

2）Scale your .NET Core MVC skill from 1 to 10. 我的回答是7.

後來agent就沒有回音了...還在等待。是不是回答錯了？
