個寫的是production/product code. 中間還是有很大區別的，當然壓力小很多，所以公司裏的test organization 比development organization 的權力差一栽。沒有小看test organization 的意思，分工不同，好的software engineer in test非常難找，各方麵原因造成的。倆者互換是一直以來理論上提倡的，然而事實上不太可能，工作性質+市場+資本家的本質決定了互換不可能
當然在startup 裏麵哪有什麽test organization, 全是developer, 由頭到尾全做了，包括testing, 包括infrastructure as code. 好的developer 必定是一個好的tester，也必定是一個好的devops.
