In reality there are not many leader/manager openings for everyone, I think your thoughts are reasonable and real "其實知道每個人有每個人的長處，有人善於做領導，有人做碼工也很自得其樂"，but you don't have to say "因為不善於同各種上下人等打交道，不善於上拍下哄的" instead, you can say because you like enjoying life after work which makes it sound more positive and no judgement to those who are good at working with people...
