I take more workload, and she take advantage of me: She started in Aug.

In Nov, there were 5 added-on urgent projects, She said, I can help willows after Dec.2 . So, I took the 5 added-on.

By Dec, 2, she could not finish her deadline, I took one of her project and two new ones.

Then, I could not get my own projects due on time.

So, I met Boss and talked about the issue, New Girl is way to slow. and her attitude.

including New Girl comes later, leaves eraly (when Boss is WFH), hour long lunch break, etc...

That is why Boss sent email on Tuesday. 

I forward New girl email to Boss,  Boss put one new study to New Girl on Friday afternoon.
