印度HCL在玩花招嗎？

我在７號拿到印度HCL job offer。 他們催我１６號到新公司上班，所以我定了１３號是我在現在公司最後一天。但奇怪的是HCL遲遲不肯給我TN VISA SUPPORT Letter（我有加拿大護照）。沒有TN VISA 當然１６號不能去新公司。 昨天讓他們承諾我能２３號上班，但是他們不願意。印度HCL在玩花招嗎？
