昨天被一個獵頭電話聯係，說要推薦工作，但他要我先給他發過來

我的references, 他工作還沒推薦呢就要reference,這正常嗎？我給他我的Linkedin profile了，也加他了，可是他說要先contact我的reference才能幫我submit我的簡曆。我都不知道他手上有什麽positions呢，請問這正常嗎？
