請教一下fired以後，被問起為什麽離開前公司？

獵頭的第一個問題就是“你為什麽離開前公司”？被fired的原因是在peformance review 由於技術不夠(at will),盡管不是事實。但怎麽回答為好？

今天就有個recuriter電話來問，我回答說:我本來就想離開公司，It is the time to move on.結果她說，有個job就在附近，馬上發給我，就掛了電話。結果根本就沒有收到，看樣子是托詞，人家躲遠遠的。
