老美也一樣。不要苛求同胞,因為沒人有義務教新手。特別是現在的市場人人有危機感。

1)Credit others in front of their bosses whenever you can, so people are willing to help you or work with you.

2) Be prepared before asking questions.  Do your own research first.

3) Be proactive to document processes, and show your team what you have done.

4) Discuss the situation with your manager to see whether he/she could assign a mentor.

5) Some people are just not team player.  So you might consider scheduling a weekly meeting including the "bad" guy, other team members and even your direct managers.  Unfortunately, this is likely a lose-lose situation.
