Do you have a plan after this job?

Whne I was working on my assignment in Beijing (NON-IT industry), a long-time buddy also returned. Before he returned, he worked in US for Microsoft, Intel, Google was the last place he worked before taking this adventure.  After working for a Chinese startup for 3 years, he was on his own startup now....Hoping you also have a plan after this job....that is more important....
