Advice on correcting journal entry. Thanks!

In 2014, there was a debit balance shown on an accrued account (liability account). It was a mistaken and caught in 2015. The following adjustment has been made to correct error in FY2015:

Debit: Fund Balance – Unreserved

Credit: Accrued Account (liability account)

Is this correct entry? Thanks million!!!!
