thanks all the input. He will be full time employee with

benifit and health plan. He said since the company can not give him RSU, so they propose this as kind of a compensition.

I am confused because in my mind, only hourly paid employee get overtime pay but full time (salary based) dont get overtime. 

I told him I dont know how this overtime pay will really work, Am I too worried?
