我最近經曆了相似的情況，隻不過我當時的工作的公司是A，另一家是B，我辭職時我工作的公司matched the offer, which is 35%higher than my salary at the time. Then I told B that my company countered the offer that impossible to refuse. B was disappointed but understood.
