Product manager 到底是做什麽的？比做工程師有前途嗎？

發現Product manager比同等級別的software engineer的工資還要高，然後還一天很悠閑的沒啥壓力。

到底product manager是做什麽呢？好像就是收集一下需求，寫user story...

感覺他們遠沒有工程師聰明，如果工程師改行做product manager是不是就很容易出頭？ ：）
