緊急回答

1.中介跟我說，本來呢公司是會有一個6個月的所謂試用期，工作合同會簽在中介所在的公司。然後會轉到真正的公司裏。中介反複跟我強調。這個不會影響工資收入。是這樣嗎？

2.中介但是也說，如果談得好，公司也會直接簽。那麽中介怎麽掙錢？一次性？

3.最重要的，這是一個小領導的位子，會管理10個左右的人，這個我可沒經驗，我是技術出身。應該如何準備？最好能有實際的指示。不要說沒關係這種。我覺得其實我沒什麼機會，也不知道就算成了能不能做的好。不過不試試又不甘心。
