關於follow up的問題

兩個星期前，hiring manager 電話麵試，第二天公司的recruiter跟我說feedback is positive，但是因為麵試才剛剛開始，他們還要看看其他的candidates， 所以目前沒有決定下一步到底怎麽做。

我想問一下大家，已經兩個星期了，是不是要發一個follow up 郵件？這個郵件是發給hiring manager 還是 recruiter？ 謝謝！
