relocation vs. work from home

I get two offers, the money (salary+benefit) is similar.

Job A: need relocation. Good (interesting tasks, better for my career development); Bad (relocation, my husband has to find another job, which may be hard; my kids have to change to school; the living cost is higher);

Job B: work from home. Good (no need to relocate); Bad (routine even boring tasks, more condense working load).

I am already 40.

If you were me, which one you will choose?
