It is not easy to really "win" a discrimination case, I personally knew someone filed a case with EEOC and eventually settled with company for some compensation, she even kept her job, but not the position she wanted, that was part of the settlement. While she got some money, she never got her happiness back nor could she get job at other companies because of the publicity of the case. In 5 years, she became so depressed and got terminal cancer....won the battle, lost the war....I think it is a personal decision, I would think it twice before jumping in....
