help me file 1099--SA. Thanks,

Hi ALL,
How can I file HSA?
 My employer  contributes $1500,I don't contribute any. I
expense $600 before 01/01/2015, I have one question:
I know $1500 is other income show 1040 (w2--12w),
but the $600 is deduction item,(BC I got USB bank 1099-SA statement) is right?
 becuase I am very confuse, TurBo Tax show two place HSA,
one: Less Common Income:1099-SA
other one show: Deductions Medical HSA, the $600 is deduction item, right?
