Some true leaders care about facts and people, some others care about how to make themselves look good for NOW. After all, we are all human beings.

Really appreciate your pointer. I guess I kept comparing the new boss with the old boss and the director I have been working closely with. A winner is to be adaptive to the change and be flexible to all situation, I guess:)
