some suggestion

I have experienced same things like you are going through. Taking the most challenging work without getting fair pay, I couldn't change job because of green card process. At that time I thought maybe everybody's life was like that.

Not really, if you spend more time searching you would find better deals that pay you more and not that busy, you need to spend time to search. If you really can't change job, then you should learn to say "no" to some tasks. Don't be shy to give longer estimate than you usually give, when boss push you, be firm and be prepared to give him the 1,2,3, reasons. Otherwise, all other teammates will just take advantage of you. You may find they spend two weeks and finish so little BS, but manager wants you to spend 3 days to finish a lot. You have to slow it down and don't deliver everything immediately when you finish, otherwise you will get burnt out very soon.
