has the dream job. Even if his salay doubled in a company, how long can you be sure the company will keep him? After 10 years, r u sure ur hus can come back to government? To my knowledge, this kind of dream job can only be acquired by good luck. In fact many people want to get that kind of job and ur hus was very very lucky to win the lottery in the past. R u sure he can be that lucky again after 10 years?

Plus doing a job is not his so called 事業. Unless he can open a company by himself, otherwise he just work for others. The more he got paid meaning the more he has to pay to the company.
