Are you working in Qualcomm?

I have been in local EDD job center. Unfortunately that site only provides the facilities such as printers and phones, faxes for use in job searching. No true help. I have been contacted by many recruiters, but the critical point is the hiring manager. The job and skillsets I have in Qualcomm are not necessarily matching the requirement from the hiring company. Technology itself is dynamically changing everyday. I have to learn new skillsets in order to match the job requirement. Even after I have the knowledge, some hiring managers will ask me to show a real project to them.
