smart vs bright?

我一般用smart來形容自己，但是發現公司裏的老板喜歡用bright來描述我。不同的人都用同一個字就是"bright"，印象中好像隻有一個人用smart描述我。

心裏難免嘀咕：smart和bright的區別是什麽？
