怎麽看小公司是否有IPO的潛力啊

最近拿了一個startup的offer, 工資幾乎沒漲，但是給了很多的stock option. 不知道這公司到底上市的可能性有多大。該公司目前隻有20人左右，上個月剛剛拿到了一大筆的投資，打算明年擴充到60人。 我覺得他們的產品還是蠻獨特的，技術含量不高，但是比較有創新。

我從來沒給startup做過，不知道怎麽判斷是否有前途。。。。哪位有經驗的給指點一下？多謝！
