這位老板一定會忽悠,最主要的是能忽悠他的上司,至於下麵的人,就要威懾,讓下麵的人不敢說真話,對上他隻要用他的一套理論說服他的頭,認為這是前進中的曲折,一切都會變好的就行。讓他的上司認為他是如此這般的不屈不撓,英勇無前,這樣領導看到的是他正麵的一麵,自然會升職啊。
我曾聽到以下幾種解釋:
1. We have not expected/experienced this would happen, or we did not have such experience before, (kind of hint this is beyond my control), we will improve this by A,B,C,D... process, however it will take some time.... (sounds like have solutions and lead, but you know it will never change or get better)
2. Something we did not know, (so bad things happened), but now we know and we learn it. (Kind of saying we continue to learn and improve, but he/she forgot company is not a school)
貴公司拚命賠錢,老板還能升職的還有一種可能,就是他是否有什麽貓膩?是否把他的老板一起拖下水了? 然後用上述的忽悠混得太平?當然這些遲早都會還的。
