幫家人問：怎樣重新回到IT領域

女，35，計算機碩士畢業4年，無工作經驗，編程語言和計算機技術都忘的差不多了，想開始找計算機方麵的工作。

請問，她在開始找工作之前應該自學哪些編程語言和計算機技術，（C，算法，C++）？ 應該準備多久再找工作？
計算機哪個領域的工作更適合年齡大的人？
