請問怎麽樣做自我評定.是要謙虛保守, 還是自信一點.總共有6項,認為自己有3項是exceed expections.

另外3項是meet expectation. 可以這樣評嗎?但是不知道manager怎麽想的. 如果他認為很不一樣.他看了是否不舒服,反倒給我評的更低.
