In what ever kind reason, Is You put yourself in this kind hard situation, your kid already 8 years old, you did not get your 身份 done, and you did not get yourself ready to support yourself. Now is even harder for you to support
you and your son, try to slow down the divorce process, in same time go to school take some class to see if you find a job.
