現雇主在薪酬談判中給你的答複近乎羞辱，非常childish。你的要挾式談判策略讓他們非常非常不爽。
現在大家都冷靜下來了，都給對方一個台階，是修補關係的好機會。
給他們一個option：“不會因為離職而丟下不管吧？” of course not. Let's talk about options. I'd love to help out during AND after transission period. I would work for the company on demand, if we have a appropriate contract. 
下麵讓他們先提百家姓的二娃，老土老師的策略。
