A. Be polite, friendly to every one, not to make any unncessary enemy. (They are against you, because they don't have the tech you have, they try to stay by unionizing -- which normally is against non-union policy);

B. Find your allies. Your best ally is the person who hires you -- your boss. You must help your boss to your best! (Make him look good, so he gets empowed, and he will have more resources to help you).

C. Find other people in favor of you, and help them! (This is the sure way to make friends).

D. Always behave, be very careful! (So that nobody can find fault from you).

You should be fine! (You get hired, there must be a reason for that!)
