求助，該選哪個offer

拿到兩份offer,基本薪水都一致，一個是上市大公司，一個是小公司，大公司有養老金，網上review還行，小公司假期多些，並且根據情況還會有bonus,數目不錯，小公司上班時間少半小時，但公司比較小所以沒有網上review, 不知道究竟該選擇哪個公司？
