Then you wang to say he has done an outstanding job in your job training but this part is very crucial as well for your success and his success. Then come out and say, why working too hard disappoint him? Is it your job performance not good? If so, can he give you some specific feedback? 有時是文化不一樣你需一個同事幫你理解公司文化。你除你老板外需其他朋友at work.除了專業外和同事聊天也是你工作促進感情嘛。
