Your first letter to old CFO and controller is professional as well as your reaction in the Board room. But your 2nd letter to PM and new CFO shall not have CC'd them again. What you want from your current boss is irrelevent to your Old CFO and controller and they would not stick they head out for you. The best they can do is give you a good reference for your very short period. In fact 6 month experiences really doesn't matter that much. Move on!
