跳槽求建議，叩謝！

現在的工作幾乎沒有喘氣的機會，所以想跳槽。 可是，沒有時間hunting job (這也是一份全職工作!)。research, interview, etc. all needs time.   it seems impossible to me to search job with current job.


Any suggestion what I do and how, please?
