crazy moron,just ignore her

I have experienced similar things but in a different environment. this is quite common and don't think high education will change any of that human nature. there are lots morons out there. this is how I deal with them:
1. ignore their attitude, focus on what you want to get from them. if there is none, don't even bother giving them any thoughts.
2. set up some obstacles so that they know they can't treat you that way.
3. sometimes it worth while to let them know that you are the checkbook. The best way to deal with snobs.
