病假？

我剛剛做了痣瘡手術，在非常疼痛坐立不安的恢複中。但是馬上就是month end, 同組的同事又休假，所有month end 工作需要我一個人全部完成。我已經休假一個星期，不可能繼續病假，明天必須回去上班，但是我不可能坐八小時。經理(香港人)非常著急，不斷問我明天能不能回來上班。我當然想回去上班，但是走路，坐下，站起都有困難， 隻能靠止痛片。我肯定明天必須上班，請問如果是你，你會怎麽處理這樣的情況。謝謝！
