有沒有有經驗的大俠， 如果是allied health professional， 是選大醫院工作還是一般診所呢？

不知道大醫院的福利和 benifit是不是要好很多 ？如果工資差不多的話， 大醫院在大城市，生活成本高， 競爭也強，是不是在中小城市的診所生活安逸， 因為是自己帶個孩子。 想找個合適的工作就不在換地方了， 孩子實在不能適應搬來搬去， 是不是大學的醫院最好？ 還有美國那些地方更適合我這種情況生存呢？ 我現在在加拿大，這個專業在美國缺，加拿大一個空缺都沒。 煩。
