That's their business niche -- the way to survive! Every firm has such a niche, otherwise they would simply die!

You need to change your mentality -- why you like the big corps so much? For job security? -- They don't have that, job security is in yourself; For pay? -- they tend to pay less; For benefits? -- That kind of stuff come from yourself.

Get rid of that mentality, pick up the real thing, you can go anywhere you want. I'm even curious: how come you have such a mentality? -- Here is the real thing, it does not matter big corp or small business, business is business, no bull shit, no nonsense!
