Does my supervisor have the authority to send me home in the mid

of the day for no reason?

先謝謝樓下各位的鼓勵／回複。

本來想算了，不file grievance了，因為我不是那種“與人奮鬥，其樂無窮的人”。準備材料這個過程對我來說也stressful. 但估計我老板不會就此罷休的，我下周去上班，她肯定回給我個警告啥的。她was so used to getting to do whatever she wants. "Compromise" or "back off" are not words in her dictionary. 再說我被無辜送回家without pay. 覺得也實在太冤枉。感覺大老板也expect me to file,因為當我告訴她我不打算file時她顯得很吃驚。無論結果如何給我老板留個案底也好。

現在問題是：我以什麽理由file最好？我老板有權隨便讓我回家嗎？filing grievance 必須用指定的表格，在規定期限（5 business days),說明哪條法律，規章，條款被違背了。查了員工手冊，上麵沒提。有一條有點關係是說老板不能隨便減員工工資除非1。2。3。。。那些1。2。3。不包括老板隨意讓員工回家。
