好的BA責任其實很重。既要懂business，又要懂IT (whether or not reqirements are reasonable and feasible)。BA 負責 what。

Solution 屬於 design 範疇。嚴格講，developer 屬於 implementation 範疇。developer 負責 how.

if you turn the table around, view it from business prospect, not from IT prospect, it makes more sense...
