It is great that you speak good English!

Depending on your background and interest, you might have some choices. Not all jobs require good writing. Just writing down what you can talk would be good enough. Since you had the experience of International Purchasing, can you look for some companies that are doing businesses with China? How about work as a travel agent? Lab technician? etc. At age 38, you are still very young. For a long run, plan what you really want to do. It might be beneficial to get some necessary training (such as taking courses in community college).
