Believe me, 15 minutes into face-to-face interview, I have 95% confidence whether or not a candidate is telling the truth.
if I sense anything fishy, I will switch gear and drill down to his/her most unconfortable zone(s)
so why waste each other's time???

It won't be that wise to fool around, assuming hiring mamagers are fools.
