通常PIP會給你兩三個月的時間去改進,termination則因公司政策而定.前陣子別的組了請一個人,做了三個月就被公司terminated,都沒給PIP的機會,直接給了兩個月的package.

無論怎麽選擇,馬上找工作吧.
