我該如何應對？

這個問題困擾我很久了，在加拿大做護士快8年了，在目前這個unit裏接近6.5年，護士是有工會的工作，老板不敢fire / lay off員工，但她可給你小鞋穿啊；我來zhe個unit時，是唯一的移民，我的口音特顯眼，同事當時就抱怨過我的口音，我提出回我原來的unit, 當時工作很好找，四處都缺人，我現任老板勸說我留下，我也就留下了，然後懷孕生子，家裏忙得一踏糊塗，同事如何閑話我，我根本沒時間理踩，但我感覺到老板不重用我，即使我動手能力強，幹活賣力；

我也試著找過其他工作，但都由於工作時間不適合等原因沒成功，目前就業行情也很不好，加上我也是四張以上的大媽，能不能成功換工作，我不知道，其實我是個很要強的人，我很受不了這樣的冷板凳，但也很無賴，還有我也很質疑老板的評價標準，基本上老板是看你外形打分，我完全就一大媽，外形肯定不討人喜歡；

你要是我，你會如何應付？
