it is in company of 'Siebel' - if anyone old enough in IT industry, you should remember how good this company's stock was.  it layoff many IT people around year 2004, my friend got a Performance Review of '3.1' and later was let-go by her boss. 

when company doesn't need you, they have many ways to let you go.
