1.disposition and fine這欄應該怎麽填寫
2.我的駕照沒有pending過，但我吃過罰單，按它的要求沒有pending過應該寫"None and Nothing Pending“，到底該寫什麽呢？我糊塗了
3.abstract of operation record是什麽，我隻有罰單，和交罰款的receipt
