Startup companies is full of challenge and uncertainty, I fully understand it. However, I don't understand how to safely leaving a sinking company -- quitting or being laid off is most common exit way. Quitting a job under shortly after a failing project implies taking responsibilities of the failure, right? If I don't take the blame, why should I quit?!
